Dates: Jan 15th - Feb 8th 4 weeks - 8:30 to 9:30 This class will get your whole body moving and focus on building coordination with isolation work and Afro Cuban movement. This technique is translatable to all styles of salsa & latin dances as it is the foundational body movement for natural style. Focusing on various Orishas: Shango, Yemaya, Oshun, Oshosi, Oggun, Eleggua, Obatala and more....
